论现代中国的情报活动变迁

On the Historical Changes of Intelligence Activities in Modern China

[目的/意义]情报学界关于现代中国的情报历史研究基本处于历史描述水平,缺乏有深度的学理挖掘。故尝试弥补这一学术空白。[方法/过程]首先构建了现代中国的情报活动概览,利用活动等级划分方法,研究了现代中国的安全、军事、外宣、公安、科技、经济等部门情报活动等级变迁,在此基础上搭建了由4种模式构成的现代中国国家情报历史演变结构。[结果/结论]通过半结构化的方法初步建立了现代中国的情报活动变迁逻辑,为当代中国国家情报研究与部门情报研究提供了历史坐标与理论基础。

[Purpose / Significance] In the study of history of modern China＇s intelligence,we mainly describe the history,lack of depth of academic mining. This paper attempts to fill the academic blank. [Method / Process] This paper focuses on the modern China＇s intelligence activities overview,and conducts a study on intelligence activities level changes of the intelligence work in the security,military,diplomacy and publicity,public security,science and technology,economic departments of modern China using the Classification of Intelligence Activities. On this basis,four types of models for national intelligence historical changes are constructed. [Result / Conclusion]The paper provides the historical coordinate and theoretical foundation for the research of the contemporary China＇s national intelligence and department intelligence.
