基于新颖性和领域交叉性的知识前沿性专利识别——以老年福祉技术为例 被引量:22

摘要 [目的/意义]创新驱动激励下全球专利数量激增,可学习和借鉴的专利知识日益增长,但如何快速有效地从海量专利中识别出具有知识前沿性的专利,对提高创新方向选择和创新方案决策效率具有十分重要的意义。[方法/过程]论文基于知识的新颖性和领域交叉性,提出了更具知识前沿性专利的识别方法。具体思路是:首先,利用每篇专利信息中专利引用和非专利引用时间,定义技术循环周期(TCT)指标,测度专利知识的新颖性;其次,利用国际专利分类号,定义技术领域交叉度(CI)指标,测度专利知识的领域交叉性;综合集成测度的结果,给出更具知识前沿性专利的排序。最后,以老年福祉技术为例给出了具体识别过程和结果。[结果/结论]结果表明,目前老年福祉技术更具知识前沿性专利的研发主题集中在通信、治疗和老年人行动工具。 [Purpose / Significance]The number of patents worldw ide is surging,which enriches the reference for patent know ledge. How to identify the patent of more know ledge frontier out of the large amount of patents is very important for improving the innovation orientation choosing and innovation decision- making efficiency.[Method / Process] Based on the novelty and interdisciplinarity of know ledge,this paper proposes a new method for identifying the patents presenting frontier of know ledge. The concept behind is: first,we define the technology cycle time( TCT) index to measure patent know ledge of novelty,which is computed by the time of patent citation and non-patent references in each passage of patent information; second,we define the technical cross intensity index( CI) to measure the interdisciplinarity of patent know ledge,which is computed by the international patent classification; the result of the integrated measurement identifies patents with more know ledge of frontier and presents them in a corresponding ranking. Finally,the specific recognition process and results are demonstrated by an example of gerontechnology.[Result / Conclusion]The results show that the know ledge frontier patents of gerontechnology focus on communication,treatment,and elderly action tools presently.
