摘要 膝关节镜微创清理术是国内外最常用的对膝关节生物组织进行手术切除的方法。由于膝关节镜微创手术视野小、操作空间狭窄,因此对手术器械的依赖程度远大于传统外科手术,常用的膝关节镜微创手术治疗工具种类繁多、结构精巧复杂,其合理设计、制造和使用,关系着手术切除生物组织的效率和切削损伤的程度,对于手术的成败及术后康复起着至关重要的作用。就膝关节镜微创清理术中生物组织的切除特性,简要介绍了国内外主流膝关节镜刨削刀具和刨削磨头的结构类型、切除机理和应用,指出了目前关节镜微创手术刀具存在的主要问题以及后续研究的主要方向。 Knee arthroscopic debridement is one of the most .common methods to cut off the biological vivo tissue in arthroscopy surgery at home and abroad. Because of the small operation field and the narrow operation space,so dependent on surgical instruments is much larger than the traditional surgery. The commonly used arthroscopic debridement instruments have characteristics of various type and exquisite structure etc. Its reasonable design, manufacturing and use will affect directly the efficiency of the biological vivo tissue' s removing and the degree of cutting fracture properties, and have a great influence of the quality of surgical results and postoperative rehabilitation. On the basis of the knee arthroscopy debridement,it had an overview of the types of blades and burrs available and the principles underlying the mechanism of how they work, and pointed out the main technologies problems existing in the surgical instruments of the knee arthroscopic debridement as well as the main directions of future research.
