摘要 对3条不同厚度的TA15合金接头进行焊接工艺试验,观察和分析了焊接接头的组织特征,测试了接头的力学性能和变形量。结果表明:TA15合金焊缝组织较母材差别明显;焊缝强度与母材相当,但塑性降低;焊后接头收缩量较大。优化后的焊接参数用于某型机零件生产,焊接质量优良。 Based on welding experiments of three TA15 titanium alloys joints with different thickness,the structure of welded joints were observed and analyzed, and the mechanical properties and deformation quantity of the weld joints were tested. The results show that The BM and WZ of welded joints are obviously different. The strength of TA15 welded joints is the same as the BM ,but the plasticity decreases. The deformation quantity of TA15 welded joints is larger than others. When the parts of a certain type of aircraft are produced with the confirmed parameters, the quality of the parts is fine.
