摘要
针对某型飞机成型架大梁的结构及加工特点性进行分析,在原加工方法的基础上,对大梁的加工方法进行优化,将大梁的变形量控制在一定范围内;重点对该大梁的协调方法进行了研究,并根据该部位结构特点,制定出一套适合该机型的装配协调方法,通过生产实践验证该方法的可行性,探索了一条依靠数字量协调、定位和检测飞机梁类零件的加工及装配的方法,为全面提升公司数字化制造技术奠定技术基础。
Aiming at the structure and processing characteristics of a certain type of aircraft molding frame beam are analyzed. On the basis,the processing method of crossbeam is optimized. The beam deformation is controlled in a certain range of the original processing method analysis; Focus on the crossbeam coordination methods are studied, and according to the structure characteristics of the site, to develop a set of suitable for assembly coordination method of the model, and the feasibility of the method is verified by production practice, explored a rely on digital coordination, positioning and detection of aircraft beam parts processing and assembly method to enhance the company digital manufacturing technology to lay a solid technical foundation.
