摘要
在对某型航天产品焊接难点分析的基础上,设计了科学的工艺方案进行试验,确定了焊接过程中产生缺陷及焊后形位公差超差的机理,并采取相应的措施,解决了一次焊接合格率较低的问题。
On the basis of analyzing the welding difficulties of a sort of aerospace product, design a scientific technology programme to test, confirm the mechanization of the defects produced in the welding process and the allowance excessed after welding, and then take relevant measures to solve the problem of lower once welding qualified percent.
