摘要
通过接触式三坐标测量方法,使用Camio6.2测量软件,应用DMIS语言编制大型工装均布孔位置度自动循环通用测量程序,并对测量工具、测量坐标系进行优化,以获得更准确的测量数据,解决了传统测量方法精度较低、效率低及通用性差的问题,并减轻了测量人员的劳动强度。
This study uses not only the contact three-coordinate measuring method, but also the measurement software Camio6.2 and the DMiS language with which the general programs to measure the positions of evenly divided holes in the big fixtures automatically and circularly. Besides, to get more correct measuring data, the study optimizes the measuring tools and coordinate system. Thus the problems of the traditional measuring methods including the accuracy, efficiency and generality are solved, and the labor intensity is also reduced.
