研究慢走丝线切割加工技术,设计工艺方案、选择优化电规准参数、检测再铸层及型面等,梳理线切割加工榫槽的整个工艺流程和方法,掌握加工工艺,工装设计、检测和加工过程等环节。为涡轮盘榫槽加工探索一种新的方法。
Based on the study of WEDM-LS, process design and process parameter optimization, recast and surface testing, the complete WEDM process flow and techniques have been analyzed together with processing techniques, tooling design and testing. It sheds some light on a new technique in processing turbine groove.
