摘要 对下井电缆进行磁记号标定是保证下井仪器设备准确到达地层指定位置的重要手段,便携式油田电缆深度打标装置通过计算控制各传感器协同工作,实现装置功能。该装置可以在测井现场对电缆进行在线打标,有速度测量、深度测量、误差修正功能,同时具有便于携带、易操作,防打滑的特点。该装置在大庆油田深度标准井进行多次实验,实验结果表明,在1 200m/h和3 000m/h的电缆运行速度下,通过硬件精调修正和软件延时修正,精度可达到±0.2m以内。 The magnetically marking of down-well cable is an important means to ensure the down-well instrument and equipment to ac- curately reach the designated position. The portable oilfield cable marking device controls the cooperative work of all sensors by calculating to realize its function. The device can finish the cable marking in logging field, it has the functions of speed measurement, depth measurement and error correction, and it has the characteristics of easy to carry, easy to operate and anti slip. Several experiments carried out in the standard depth well of Daqing Oilfield show that the device can reach to the cable marking accuracy below ±0.2 m by hardware' s precise adjustment correction and software's delay correction at the cable speed of 1200 m/h and 3 000 m/h.
