摘要 筛管的抗挤毁强度是防砂工艺技术研究和应用中非常重要的技术参数。为了准确测试出不同类型筛管的抗挤毁强度,研制出了一套筛管抗挤毁强度测试装置。该装置采用泥砂封堵与清水打压相结合的方式,对筛管表面施加均匀的挤压力,测试结果更加合理。利用该装置对不同类型的筛管进行了抗挤毁强度测试试验,得到了不同筛管的抗挤毁强度值,以及挤压破坏形态。 The anti-collapse strength of the screen is a very important technical parameter for the study and application of sand control technology. In order to accurately test the anti-collapsing strength of different types of screen, a set of screen anti-collapsing strength testing device is developed. The device applies a uniform extrusion force on the surface of the screen by combining mud and sand plug- ging with water pressure, which makes testing results more reasonable. To use the device carries out the anti-collapsing strength mea- surement tests of different types of sieve tubes and their anti-collapsing strength and compression damage morphology are obtained.
