摘要
按照《新疆维吾尔自治区煤炭石油天然气开发环境保护条例》的要求,新疆油田对2015年产能建设项目开展了环境监理工作。结合实际情况,阐明了新疆油田产能建设项目开展环境监理的必要性和法律依据,对施工期环境监理工作的要点进行了初步分析,并提出了环境监理工作的建议。
In accordance with the requirements of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region coal oil and gas development environment protection regulations, Xinjiang oilfield has carried out environmental supervision work on the construction project of 2015 oil field capacity. With the actual situation,this paper expounds the necessity and legal basis of environmental supervision in Xinjiang oilfield, and puts forward some suggestions on environmental supervision.
