中药合剂治疗豚鼠口腔溃疡的效果

Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine mixture for treatment of guinea pig with oral ulcer

目的观察中药合剂治疗豚鼠口腔溃疡的效果。方法采用苯酚溶液灼烧右面颊黏膜建立豚鼠口腔黏膜溃疡模型,建模成功后将50只豚鼠分为模型组、欧柏宁组、中药合剂高(4 g/kg)、中(2 g/kg)、低(1 g/kg)剂量组,每组10只。中药合剂由北细辛、青木香、生大黄等组成。将相应药物涂在豚鼠口腔溃疡处,连续涂药5 d,模型组不涂药;另设空白对照组豚鼠10只,用生理盐水涂口腔右侧面颊。观察各组豚鼠口腔溃疡面积及局部症状严重度。结果给药5 d后,与空白对照组比较,模型组口腔溃疡明显,且面积大(P<0.05);与模型组比较,欧柏宁组、中药合剂高、中、低剂量组豚鼠的口腔溃疡面积均显著减小,且依次减小(P<0.05)。各组豚鼠口腔溃疡局部症状严重程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中欧柏宁组及中药合剂高剂量组均轻于模型组。结论中药合剂治疗口腔溃疡豚鼠效果较好,且具有成本低等优点。

Objective To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine mixture for treating guinea pig with oral ulcer. Methods The guinea pig model with oral ulcer was established by burning the right buccal mucosa with phenol solution. After modeling, 50 guinea pigs were divided into model group, Oralpolin group, high-dose traditional Chinese medicine mixture group（4 g/kg）, median-dose traditional Chinese medicine mixture group（2 g/kg） and low-dose traditional Chinese medicine mixture group（ 1 g/kg） ,with 10 guinea pigs in each group. The traditional Chinese medicine mixture consisted of Asarum heteropodies Fr. , Radix Aristolochiae and raw rhubarb. The corresponding drug was applied on the surface of oral ulcer for 5 days continuously in each group except model group. Other 10 guinea pigs were selected as blank control group, and normal saline was applied on the surface of right buceal ulcer. The area of oral ulcer and severity of local symptom were observed in each group. Results After 5 days of administration, compared to blank control group, model group had significant oral ulcer with the largest area of ulcer, and the areas of Oralpolin group, high-, median and low-dose traditional Chinese medicine mixture groups decreased in order （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine mixture is effective for treating the guinea pig with oral ulcer, and obtains the advantage of low cost.
