Analysis of the Medical Expenditure Control Mechanism Promoted by Telemedicine

远程医疗有助于推动优质医疗资源突破区域分布限制,促进分级诊疗,实现有序就医,降低医疗费用。文章分析了远程医疗在促进医疗控费方面面临的服务价格缺乏统一标准、服务项目尚未纳入医保、利益分配和激励机制尚未形成、公众对远程医疗的认知度不足等政策障碍,并提出了相关政策建议。

Telemedicine can break the regional distribution limit of higher quality medical resource, promote hierarchical and ordinal medical, and reduce the medical ~expenditure. However, telemedicine was faced with policy obstacles such as lacking uniform standards in service price, not included in health insurance, not yet forming profit distribution and incentive mechanism, lacking recognition in public. The paper put forward policy？ advice to control medical expenditure based on telemedicine.
