摘要
我国医务社会工作发展缓慢,已不能适应医药卫生体制改革要求。通过介绍和比较三大医务社会工作发展模式,分析其产生发展的不同背景、特征和结果,总结出发展医务社会工作的对策建议。应突出政府主导作用,构建激励机制推动医务社会工作发展;同时更新医院管理者理念,突破医务社会工作发展的瓶颈;创新实务模式,探索医务社会工作发展的根本出路。
The medical social work is developing slowly in China,which can＇t meet the requirements from medical and health system reform. Three kinds of medical social work patterns was comparatively analyzed from their background, characteristics and results. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward, mainly as emphasizing the governmental leading role in construc- ting incentive mechanism, updating hospital managers＇ idea, breaking the ＂bottle neck＂, and innovating practical mode.
