摘要
采用电沉积方法在镍基体表面制备镀锰层。研究了电流密度对镀锰层结构及性能的影响。结果表明:当电流密度为6A/dm2时,电流效率达到67.61%,所得镀锰层的表面形貌和晶体结构均较好,硬度为5 060 MPa,自腐蚀电流密度为7.311×10-5 A/cm2。
Manganese coating was prepared on nickel substrate surface by electrodeposition. Effects of current density on the structure and properties of manganese coating were investigated. Results showed that, when current density was 6 A/dm^2, the current efficiency reach to 67.61%. And furthermore, the obtained manganese coating with preferable surface morphology and crystal structure, the hardness was 5 060 MPa and the corrosion current density was 7. 311 × 10-5A/cm^2.
