摘要
建筑市场日益呈现出国际化特征,施工企业所面临的风险与日俱增。文章在对各类风险进行识别的基础上,提出了有效防范和控制风险的对策和措施,探讨建筑施工企业经营风险种类及控制防范对于建筑企业的生存与发展具有非常重要的现实意义和借鉴作用。
The construction market shows more and more characteristics of internationalization and architectural construction enterprises are confronted to more and more risks. On the basis of recognizing all kinds of risk, the paper proposed effective risk prevention and control measures and discussed that risk type and control in management of construction enterprise has very important realistic meaning and value of reference for survival and development of construction enterprises.
