计及蓄电池损耗特性的微网多目标优化运行 被引量:41

摘要 为实现微网整体优化的同时计及蓄电池损耗特性,建立以综合发电成本最低、环境效益最好以及蓄电池损耗最低作为优化目标的微网多目标优化模型。引入一种改进的多目标粒子群优化(multiple objective particle swarm optimization,MOPSO)算法,通过采用全局最优自适应选取策略和基于变异算子的种群多样性维护策略,获得较好的收敛性和种群多样性。同时,通过拉丁超立方抽样产生分布更为广阔的初代粒子,从而减少算法陷入局部最优的可能性。最后以某微网作为算例,对所提模型及算法的正确性进行了验证。 In order to obtain global optimization of the microgrid and consider the loss characteristics of the battery,a multi-objective optimization model,using minimum comprehensive cost,maximum environmental benefit,and minimum battery depletion as its objectives,was established.An improved multiple objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO) algorithm was introduced,which obtains better convergence and population diversity by adopting the strategies of adaptively selecting global optimum and maintaining the population diversity with mutation operator.Meanwhile,it uses the Latin hypercube sampling method to generate the original particles with wider distribution,which would decrease the possibility to be trapped in the local optimum.Simulation on a certain microgrid shows effectiveness of the methodology proposed by this paper.
