摘要
[目的/意义]知识转移是图书馆知识管理的核心环节,对高校图书馆实现价值具有重要意义。[方法/过程]对高校图书馆知识转移的基本路径进行梳理,并对4个基本转移路径的特点及作用机理进行分析比较。[结果/结论]高校图书馆应扮演好知识转移主体角色,充分调动馆员的主导性,发挥教师在传播知识、培育人才中的重要作用。
[Purpose/significance]Knowledge transfer is a core link in library knowledge management,is very important for university library to realize its value. [Method/process]The paper analyzes basic knowledge transfer paths of university library,comparatively analyzes the traits and mechanisms of four fundamental knowledge transfer paths. [Result/conclusion]University library must play mainbody role in knowledge transfer,fully arouse librarians＇ dominance,and play the role of teachers in spreading knowledge and training talent.
