4种寄主对光肩星天牛成虫解毒酶活性影响 被引量:6

Four Host Trees Affecting Detoxification Enzymes Activities in Adult Anoplophora glabripennis

摘要 为明确光肩星天牛寄主范围扩大的生理生化机制,给该虫制定可持续的控制措施,采用生理生化的研究方法,测定了取食复叶槭、白桦、胡杨和白蜡的光肩星天牛成虫体内5种解毒酶的活性。结果表明:复叶槭和白桦上取食后的天牛成虫羧酸酯酶显著高于在胡杨和白蜡上取食后的天牛成虫(P<0.05),白桦上取食后的天牛成虫谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性最高,显著高于复叶槭、胡杨和白蜡上取食的天牛(P<0.05)。在复叶槭上取食后的天牛成虫碱性磷酸酯酶活性最高,显著高于在胡杨和白蜡上取食物的天牛,(P<0.05)。说明寄主树种对光肩星天牛成虫体内的羧酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶和碱性酶活性有明显影响。在4种寄主上取食的天牛成虫类酸性磷酸酯酶活性差异均不显著(P>0.05),多酚氧化酶也得到了类似结果,说明寄主树种对天牛体内酸性磷酸酯酶和多酚氧化酶活性影响不大。 In order to explain physiological and biochemical mechanisms of the increasing host range of Anoplophora glabripennis and develop sustainable control measures, activities of five kinds of detoxificationenzymes in A. glabripennis fed on Acer negundo(AN), Betula platyphylla(BP), Populus euphratica(PE), and Fraxinus chinensis(FC) were measured. The detoxification enzymes were carboxylesterase, glutathioneS-transferase(GSTs), acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase and polyphenol oxidase. The results showed thatcarboxylesterase activity of beetles fed on AN and BP was significantly higher than those fed on PE and FC(P〈0.05). Glutathione S-transferase activity of beetles fed on BP was significantly higher than those fed on other 3host trees(P〈0.05). Alkaline phosphatase activity of beetles fed on AN was significantly higher than those fedon PE and FC(P〈0.05). The results indicated that the host trees had significant effect on the activities ofcarboxylesterase, glutathione S- transferase and alkaline phosphatase. The activities of acid phosphatase ofbeetles fed on the four kinds of host trees were not significant(P〉0.05). The similar results were also found onpolyphenol oxidase. These results indicated that the host plant had little effect on activities of acid phosphataseand polyphenol oxidase.
