体验经济视域下冰雪体育产业发展策略研究 被引量:32

摘要 立足体验经济理论基础,运用文献资料法,探讨冰雪体育产业现状及其发展策略问题。研究认为体验经济时代下,冰雪体育产业具有巨大的产业发展优势:政府政策红利及北京冬奥会机遇下,形成以冰雪资源为基础,以促进经济增长为产业发展方向,以人为本的产业发展核心,以提供丰富多彩的人性化产品或服务体验为主的发展形态。在冰雪体育产业现状与发展模式的基础上,提出体验经济视域下冰雪体育产业发展新模式。研究发现我国冰雪体育产业存在产业结构失衡、发展战略明确,但执行与监管细则缺失、冰雪人口供需矛盾、潜在价值挖掘不足、安全保障工作亟待提高等问题,进一步提出发展策略:注重"创新、绿色、协调、开放、共享"理念建设,科学合理规划、发挥"冰雪+"优势,整合冰雪体育资源、实现(区域、项目、硬件、赛事、人才)供需结构联动发展、突出冰雪特色化,注重体验营销的发展策略。 Based on the theory of experience economy,this paper discusses the present situation of ice and snow sports industry and its development strategy by using the method of literature and materials.It is believed that in the era of experience economy,the ice and snow sports industry has great advantages in industrial development:under the opportunity of the government policy dividend and the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the ice and snow resources are taken as the foundation and the industrial development direction is to promote the economic growth.People-oriented industrial development core,to provide rich and colorful human products or service experience-based development.On the basis of the present situation and development mode of ice and snow sports industry,a new model of ice and snow sports industry development is put forward in the field of experience economy.Research finds out Snow and Ice Sports Industry in China There are some problems such as unbalanced industrial structure,clear development strategy,lack of detailed rules of execution and supervision,contradiction between supply and demand of ice and snow population,insufficient mining of potential value,and urgent improvement of safety and security work.Green,coordination,opening,sharing 'concept construction,scientific and rational planning,giving full play to the'ice and snow 'advantage,integrating ice and snow sports resources,to achieve(regional,project,hardware,competition,talent) supply and demand structure of the linkage development,Highlight the characteristics of snow and ice,and pay attention to the development strategy of experience marketing.
