高水平花样滑冰竞技人才的培养

Cultivation of high level figure skating competitive talents

随着时代的进步,我国的体育运动事业蓬勃发展,但在国际体坛上的竞技水平依然偏低,花样滑冰项目更是如此。由于我国对花样滑冰运动员的重视程度不够,导致高水平花样滑冰竞技人才十分欠缺,难以推动花样滑冰项目的推广与普及,也不利于增强其在世界体坛的核心竞争力。对花样滑冰运动进行概述,介绍花样滑冰运动员的特点,分析当前花样滑冰竞技人才培养存在的问题,讨论花样滑冰运动员竞技能力提升的基本要求,总结出制定科学的人才培养过程、采用多元化人才评价标准、优化竞技人才的选拔方式等高水平花样滑冰竞技人才培养模式的优化策略,为花样滑冰人才培养提供理论参考。

With the progress of the times,China’s sports industry is booming,but the level of competition in the international sports are still low,especially in the figure skating sport.Because China’s attention to figure skaters is not enough,the high-level figure skating athletes are very lacking,it is difficult to promote the promotion and popularization of figure skating sportss,and it is not conducive to enhancing their core competitiveness in the world sports.This paper gives an overview of figure skating,introduces the characteristics of figure skating athletes,analyzes the problems existing in the training of figure skating athletes,discusses the basic requirements of figure skating athletes’athletic ability improvement,summarizes the scientific talent training process,and adopts diversified talent evaluation.The optimization strategy of the high-level figure skating competitive talents training mode,such as the standard and optimization of the selection of competitive talents,provides a theoretical reference for the training of figure skating talents.
