体育强国建设视域下我国冰雪运动发展战略研究

Research on Development Strategy of China’s Winter sports From the Perspective of Sports Power Construction

从建设体育强国的视角探讨我国冰雪运动的发展战略。运用文献资料、调查研究、专家访谈等研究方法,分析我国冰雪运动发展的战略展开系统。认为,冰雪运动与我国体育强国建设有着重要的关系,对提升国家竞技运动整体实力、满足人民对体育的物质与文化需求、提高我国在世界体坛的影响力和推动我国社会经济的发展具有十分重要的作用。但当前我国冰雪运动存在着冰雪运动核心竞争力不足、冰雪运动有效供给不足、国际冰雪体育话语权较弱和冰雪体育产业水平较低等问题。为此提出,提升冰雪竞技运动核心竞争力、优化冰雪运动供给、提升国际冰雪运动话语权和冰雪体育产业转型发展等战略对策。

The development strategy of China’s ice and snow sports is discussed from the perspective of building a sports power.By means of literature,investigation and expert interview,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the development strategy of ice and snow movement in China.It is believed that ice and snow sports have an important relationship with the construction of China’s sports power,and play an important role in enhancing the overall strength of national competitive sports,meeting the people’s physical and cultural needs for sports,improving China’s influence in the world sports and promoting the development of China’s social economy.But at present,there are some problems in China’s ice and snow sports,such as insufficient core competitiveness,insufficient effective supply of ice and snow sports,weak international ice and snow sports discourse and low level of ice and snow sports industry.To this end,the paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures,such as enhancing the core competitiveness of ice and snow sports,optimizing the supply of ice and snow sports,enhancing the voice of international ice and snow sports and the transformation and development of ice and snow sports industry.
