中医“脾”脏实体的源流考证分析

历代医家对中医脾的外观实体的描述集中在西医学的脾脏和胰腺,而脾的大小和重量的关系却不一致,与现代任何脏器都不相匹配,至今并无人纠正。中医脾病辨证诊断等远超越了解剖实体的概念,与其他四脏相比,脾的实体定位最模糊,抽象性和综合性更强。

The appearance of TCM spleen was often described according to the western medicine that was analogous to the spleen and pancreas.But, it is disputable that the size of the spleen didn't match its weight.And, it is the fact that TCM spleen was not similar to any of organs in the body from the view of modern medicine, but few have corrected it until now.The diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of TCM Spleen are far beyond the concept of its anatomic noumenon.Compared with other four zang viscera, the spleen is the most of vaguest and more abstract and comprehensive.
