Elucidation and clinical development of theory of sweat pore(Xuanfu)

承前启后的"玄府"学说,拓展了汗孔这一概念的内涵和外延,使解表药(风药)的作用机制及广泛效应得到充分合理的解释。各脏腑的玄府,可以借助于解表药之开腠理的功能,得以宣通,从而使解表药的临床配伍运用得到充分发挥,为许多疑难病症的治疗开启新法。

Theory of sweat pore(Xuanfu) expanded and developed the conception of sweat pore consequently.It made a reasonable explanation on mechanism and extensive effect of drugs for relieving exterior(wind-expelling drugs).With the function of opening striae(Couli), the drugs for relieving the exterior opened and dispersed the sweat pore(Xuanfu) of internal organs, and thus greatly developed the clinical application and compatibility.The theory opened a new therapy for many intractable diseases.
