明代旴江易大艮《易氏医案》初探

明代名医易大艮是旴江医学主要医家之一,其著作仅存《易氏医案》。医案所选案例几乎都为他医所误治或治疗无效的疑难病症。易氏学有渊源,活用古训;辨治首重脉诊,每案对脉诊阐发入微;同时对金元医家脾胃、郁证学说甚有发挥。其对疑难病匠心独运,力挽误治,给后世以很大启迪。《易氏医案》是一本不可多得的医案珍品,应当深入发掘,总结传承。

YI Da-geng, a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty, was a representative of Xujiang doctors and the works of Yishi Yi'an was his unique book in the world.The medical records in the paper selected form Yishi Yi'an were almost intractable diseases which had been treated mistakenly or ineffectively.YI had his origin in learning traditional Chinese medicine and made flexible use of ancient maxim.YI Da-geng especially emphasized the importance of the pulse taking in clinical practice and he described the pulse manifestation in detail in his medical records.Meanwhile, YI Da-geng had played the thoughts of physicians in Jin and Yuan Dynasties such as spleen and stomach theory and depression syndrome theory.YI Da-geng had his own view on difficult miscellaneous diseases and salvaged many mistreatment cases, which brought great enlightenment to later ages.As a medical treasure, Yishi Yi'an should be explored deeply, summarized and inherited in a better way.
