雾霾是因环境污染而出现的致病因子,它不仅影响呼吸系统的正常生理功能,同时也会对心血管、神经、免疫系统产生危害,对大脑的发育也有长期的损害。近年来频发的雾霾天气越来越受到人们的关注,雾霾对人们健康的危害也成为学界研究的热点之一,当今要全面诊断和治疗疾病,亦不可忽视雾霾这一重要致病因素。文章旨在从中医理论的角度,详细阐释雾霾的概念,明确其病因病机、证候特征、辨证分型及预防调护,为雾霾引起的相关疾病的临床治疗提供理论支撑。
