王平从培元安神论治产后失眠

WANG Ping's experience in treating postpartum insomnia based on theory of reinforcing vital essence and tranquillization

妇人产后容易新生多种疾病,中医诊断产后病的3项观察内容,包括先审小腹痛与不痛,以辨有无恶露的停滞;次审大便通与不通,以验津液之盛衰;三审乳汁的行与不行及饮食之多少,以查胃气的强弱。然产后失眠是危害女性身心健康的常见疾病,历来容易被患者及其家属甚至医者忽略,王平教授认为产后失眠应该引起重视,保证足够的睡眠对产妇和新生儿都有十分积极的意义,同时元气亏虚、心神失养是产后失眠的根本病机,治疗当以培元安神为基本治疗原则,常选用保元汤、大补元煎、左归丸、右归丸、龟鹿二仙胶、当归补血汤、归脾汤、四君子汤为主方合酸枣仁汤随症加减,使元气充足、心神得养,夜寐乃安。文章列举王教授临证验案1则及用药特色。

Postpartum women are easily suffered from various diseases, so the diagnosis for them usually includes three observations, such as examining lower abdominal pain or not to distinguish the lochia stagnation, checking defecate unobstructed or not to judge the ups and downs of body fluid, and distinguishing breast milk stoppage or not to judge the strength of stomach qi.However, postpartum insomnia as a common disease endangering the physical and mental health of women has always been ignored.Professor WANG Ping believes that we must pay attention to postpartum insomnia.Ample sleep is very beneficial to parturients and newborns.Deficiency of primordial qi and malnutrition of heart-mind are the basic pathogenesis of postpartum insomnia, the basic treatment principle for this disease is reinforcing the vital essence and tranquillizing, and the commonly used formulas for this disease was Baoyuan Decoction, Dabuyuan Decoction, Zuogui Pill, Yougui Pill, Lugui Erxianjiao Decoction, Danggui Buxue Decoction, Guipi Decoction, Sijunzi Decoction, and Suanzaoren Decoction.This article lists one proven case and drug use characteristics of professor WANG, in order to provide a reference for treating postpartum insomnia in clinic.
