中医“湿热证”病证结合动物模型研究进展

Research progress on disease and syndrome combined animal models with TCM damp-heat syndrome

中医病证结合动物模型是利用相应动物和人所具有的生理、病理共性,模拟中医病因病机所建立的动物模型。通过这些动物模型可以利用现代医学的研究方法从组织学、细胞生物学、分子生物学等方面探讨中医药防治疾病的本质,弥补中医临床客观化指标不足的缺点,为中医理论实践提供科学依据。但目前中医病证结合动物模型的研制尚处于探索阶段,本文对近年来中医病证结合湿热证动物模型(包括温病湿热、脾胃湿热、大肠湿热、肝胆湿热和膀胱湿热)研究进展的文献进行整理分析,结合中医与现代医学对此病证的认识,比较不同的造模方法,为湿热证研究中选择合适的病证结合动物模型提供参考。

Animal model of traditional Chinese medicine combining disease with syndrome is an animal model which is established by simulating the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine by using the physiological and pathological similarities of corresponding animals and people.Through these models, we can use the research methods of modern medicine from histology, cell biology, molecular biology and other aspects to explore the nature of traditional Chinese medicine preventing and treating diseases, to remedy weaknesses of Chinese medicine clinical objective index shortcomings and to provide scientific basis for the theory and practice of TCM.But, now the development of Chinese medicine combined with syndrome and syndrome animal model is still in the exploratory stage.This paper reviews the recent progress in research on animal models of damp-heat syndrome in TCM based on combining of diseases and syndromes(including epidemic febrile disease of damp-heat syndrome, spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome, large intestine damp-heat syndrome, damp-heat syndrome of liver and gallbladder, bladder damp-heat syndrome) in recent years.The summary combines the understanding of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and in modern medicine, compares methods of different animal mode, Providing reference for selecting appropriate model model in the study of damp-heat syndrome.
