代谢组学技术在中医证型研究中的应用概述 被引量:28

Overview on application of metabonomics in study on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes

摘要 证型是中医理论体系中的一个特有的概念,它既是诊断的结果,又是论治的准则;即概括了临床表现,又包括着对机体生理病理变化的认识,突出地体现了中医"辨证论治"的核心思想,是辨证论治诊疗体系的关键。在中医理论中疾病的证型有不唯一性,为了研究证型的外候和内涵,了解疾病的本质,利用代谢组学对中医证型进行探究,具有较好的理论与应用价值。对代谢网络及代谢产物进行多元化的动态及终端分析,与中医证型理论的整体性、临床的动态性思想不谋而合。文章对近年来代谢组学在中医证型研究中的应用进行概述。 Syndrome types are a unique concept in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine, it is not only the consequence of diagnosis, but also treatment guidelines, namely, summarized the clinical manifestations, and includes the knowledge of physiology and pathology, prominently embodies the core idea of traditional Chinese medicine the characteristics of ‘syndrome differentiation and treatment administration', is the key to the diagnosis and treatment system that based on syndrome differentiation and treatment administration.diseases in TCM has it's non-uniqueness, in order to study syndrome types of syndrome and connotation, understand the nature of disease, the use of metabonomics, an emerging discipline in recent years, to explore the TCM syndrome types, has better theoretical and application value; The analysis of metabolic network and metabolite are terminal, dynamic and diversified and coincides with the integrity of the syndrome types of TCM theory and clinical dynamic idea.This paper retrieved the application of metabonomics in the TCM syndrome type research in recent years, summarized, We hope through the summary and discussion system expounds the pros and cons, there by promoting combine of metabonomics and TCM syndrome research.
