从脾论治糖尿病及其并发症的文献计量分析

Bibliometrical analysis of treating diabetes mellitus and its complications from spleen

目的:探讨从脾论治糖尿病领域研究现状、热点和趋势,为临床及科研工作者在该领域有针对性地进行更深层次研究提供参考。方法:运用文献计量学方法,检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库关于从脾论治糖尿病及并发症文献,从发文量(年代、作者、作者单位及所在省市、类型分布)、期刊及关键词(高频、并发症情况)三方面进行统计分析,定量描述。结果:年代分布逐年稳步增长;发文最多的作者是中国中医科学院广安门医院的仝小林;广州中医药大学发文219篇,领先于其他单位;载文最多的期刊是《陕西中医》;最高频关键词为"2型糖尿病",并发症词频最高的是"糖尿病肾病"。结论:从脾论治糖尿病及其并发症研究已形成一定规模,在理论、实验和临床方面均有较大发展。

Objective:To investigate the current situation, hotspot and the trend of research on diabetes mellitus treated from spleen, in order to provide reference for clinical and scientific research workers to carry out further research in this field.Methods:This paper was written based on CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP database.And bibliometrical method was used to analyze literatures on diabetes mellitus and its complications treated from spleen.These literatures were analyzed statistically, which were in accordance with three aspects such as literature quantity(the temporal distribution, authors, author distribution, author's unit distribution and provinces, type distribution), journals distribution and key words(high-frequency and diabetic complications).Results:It showed that the temporal distribution had an increasing trend.The author who published the most papers is TONG Xiao-lin, who comes from Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has published 219 papers, which is ahead of other units.The maximum amount of the periodicals is Shaanxi Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The top high-frequency key word is ‘type 2 diabetes mellitus', and the highest frequency diabetic complication is ‘diabetic nephropathy'.Conclusion:The research on the treatment of diabetes and its complications from spleen has formed a certain scale, and it has great development in theory, experiment and clinical.
