《原机启微》用药规律及学术渊源研究

Study on medicating rules and the academic origin of Yuanji Qiwei

目的:分析《原机启微》的方药规律,加深对其学术思想的理解,并探讨其与李东垣眼病用方的关系。方法:将《原机启微》的内服方剂,分内外障录入"中医传承辅助平台"分析其用药规律,并与李东垣眼病方剂用药规律进行比较。结果:《原机启微》用药相对集中,善用辛散,慎用苦寒。讲究气味厚薄,重视药物归经及引经报使。《原机启微》有1/3的方剂源于李东垣方。结论:从用药和制方上看《原机启微》深受李东垣学术思想的影响。通过对《原机启微》方剂的数据分析,有利于对其学术思想的理解和继承。

Objective:To analyze the medicating rules of Yuanji Qiwei to deepen understanding of its academic thoughts, and to discuss its relationship with LI Dong-yuan's prescriptions in treating eye diseases.Methods:The prescriptions of Yuanji Qiwei were collected and input into the TCM inheritance support system, by using software integration data analysis to analyze medicating rules, and comparing with the medicating rules of LI Dong-yuan's prescriptions in treating eye disease.Results:The overall quantity of herbs is relatively less used in Yuanji Qiwei, with more pungent herbs and less bitter-cold herbs.Great attention is paid to qi and flavor, channel tropism, and guiding the effects of other herbs to specific channels.One-third prescriptions of Yuanji Qiwei are originated from LI Dong-yuan's prescriptions.Conclusion:Yuanji Qiwei is deeply influenced by the academic thinking of LI Dong-yuan from herbs and prescriptions.Based on data analysis, it is helpful to understand and inherent the academic thinking of Yuanji Qiwei.
