膝关节清理术联合痹祺胶囊治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical observation of arthroscopic debridement and Biqi Capsule on mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察膝关节清理术联合痹祺胶囊治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法:将40例轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,两组均进行膝关节清理术,治疗组联合服用痹祺胶囊。术后3个月、6个月、1年进行随访,评价治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床控制率为75%,总有效率为95%,明显优于对照组60%、85%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节清理术联合痹祺胶囊治疗轻中度膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of arthroscopic debridement federation and Biqi Capsule on mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Forty patients with mild-to-moderate KOA were randomly divided into a treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each one, both groups were treated with arthroscopic debridement, the treatment group was taken a Biqi Capsule additionally.After 3-month, 6-month, 1-year follow-up, the effect of the treatment was evaluated.Results:The treatment group significant efficiency was 75%, effective rate was 95%, which were superior to 60% and 85% of control group, respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of arthroscopic debridement and Biqi Capsule on mild-tomoderate KOA is significant.
