"互联网+"时代的到来冲击着人类社会生活的方方面面,当具有几千年历史的中医遇上现代化产物"互联网+"时,二者会碰撞出怎样的火花?又会为中医健康管理的发展提供怎样的新机遇?文章以"互联网+"为切入点,通过分析中医健康管理的现状,提出以中医健康管理服务团队为基础,以中医健康状态辨识系统为依托,以提供个性化、专业化、智能化的中医健康管理服务为目的,采用移动互联网、智能传感技术、云计算技术、大数据技术等现代信息化技术手段,逐步实现智能化的采集与处理健康状态数据、系统的制定与实施个性化健康干预计划、动态的跟踪效果评价,从而构建中医健康管理的新模式。

The arrival of the ‘internet plus' age impacts on the multitudinous aspects of harmonious society. When traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with a history of thousands of years catches up with the modern ‘internet plus', what kind of new ideas does the collision of its give? What kind of new opportunities does it provide for the development of health management of TCM? Therefore, based on the ‘internet plus' as the breakthrough point, it is put forward that health management service team and condition identification system of TCM are the foundation, and the offer of personalized professional intelligent health management service of TCM is the purpose by the analysis of the present status of the health management of TCM. Using moderation of science and technology, such as internet, cloud computing, intelligent sensor technology, and big data technology, it is come true step by step that the status data of the health management is intelligently collected and analyzed, the personalized health intervention program is systematically formulated and implemented, and the effect of intervention is dynamically tracked to establishment a new age of health management of TCM.
