关于中医现代化及传统中医未来发展的思考

Reflections on modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and future development of traditional Chinese medicine

文章从中医现代化的认识误区、中医现代化的未来、传统中医的继承和发展3个方面展开论述。笔者认为,我们提倡中医现代化,不是针对传统中医来讲,而是针对中国医学的现状来讲的,意思是要让中国医学达到世界先进水平。因此,如果把它理解为让中医学融入到西医学体系,彻底丢掉中医学的内容和形式,这种认识是极其错误的。中医和西医应该在保持各自独立性的前提下,相互促进、相互补充,形成统一的新医学体系。就传统中医的未来发展来讲,一定要做好继承和发扬工作。只有把传统中医的思想、理论和技术完整地继承下来,才能够借助现代的技术和方法去研究它,最后在基于客观事实的前提下去发展它。

This paper discussed the misunderstanding of TCM modernization, the future of TCM modernization, and the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine. The author believed that we advocated modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, not for traditional Chinese medicine, but for the current situation of Chinese medicine, which meant to make Chinese medicine to reach the world advanced level. Therefore, it was extremely wrong to understand that integrate traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and completely lost the content and form of traditional medicine. Chinese medicine and western medicine should promote each other, and complement each other to form a unified new medical system under the premise of maintaining their independence. The future development of Chinese medicine should attach importance to inheritance and carry forward. Only the thought, the theory and technology of traditional Chinese medicine were fully inherited, we could study it with the help of modern technology and method, and finally develop it basing on the premise of the objective facts.
