探析“经方”概念之源流演变兼论“经方”“时方”之争

Analysis on origin and development of ‘classical prescription' and discussion on argument between ‘classical prescription' and ‘current prescription'

文章梳理了"经方"概念的源流演变,并对"经方"发展过程中的若干热点问题如"经方""时方"之争等进行了研究探讨。对于"经方"概念的演变研究得出结论如下:《汉书·艺文志》所说"经方"是对一类书籍的统称;由汉代至宋代所云之"经方"与《汉书·艺文志》同义;宋到明清之际,"经方"之含义逐渐变化,民国以后特则指仲景方。对热点问题的研究得出结论如下:以"经方"特指仲景方有其深层原因;"经方""时方"之争在不同时代有不同内涵;"经方"范围的拓展有时代之必要性、学术之可行性和思维之创新性。

This paper combed the evolution of the concept of ‘classical prescription', and discussed some hot issues in the development of ‘classical prescription' such as the argument between classical prescription and current prescription. The conclusions for the evolution of the concept of ‘classical prescription' are as follows: Hanshu·Yiwenzhi indicated that ‘classical prescription' was a collection of a kind of books; the concept of ‘classical prescription' from Han dynasty to Song dynasty was the same with Hanshu·Yiwenzhi; from Song dynasty to Ming and Qing dynasty, the concept of ‘classical prescription' changed gradually, and after the Republic of China, ‘classical prescription' refers in particular to prescriptions of ZHANG Zhong-jing. The conclusions for hot topics are as follows: there are deepgoing reasons for ‘classical prescription' which refers in particular to prescriptions of ZHANG Zhong-jing; the argument between classical prescription and current prescription has different connotations at different times; the expansion of the scope of ‘classical prescription' has the necessity of the times, academic feasibility, and innovation.
