对中医理论藏象学说本质特征的模糊认识

Fuzzy understanding on substantive characteristics of theory of visceral manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine

文章从认识论的角度对中医基础理论藏象学说的本质特征在模糊认识的基础上做了初步的探讨。笔者认为:中医藏象最本质的属性是客观实在性,这使中医理论认知有了唯物的基本内核;最突出的特点是运动性,相互的运动,使中医理论认知有了辩证法的合理内核;最显著的特征是系统性,整体、联系、普遍的观点,使它确立了具有中医理论特色的整体观念;而最基本的要求是认识藏象的规律性,只有认识了藏象的规律性,才能更好地了解它的本质特征及其相互联系。对藏象本质特征作些模糊认识,是为解决中医基础理论与临床实践结合问题,探寻提高医家诊疗思维能力有效途径做准备。

This paper preliminary discusses the substantive characteristics of theory of visceral manifestations in traditional Chinese medicine from perspective of epistemology based on the fuzzy understanding. The author thinks that the most essential attribute of visceral manifestations is objective reality, which makes Chinese medicine theory cognitive has the basic kernel of materialism. The most prominent feature of visceral manifestations is the movement and mutual movement, which makes theory cognition of Chinese medicine with the reasonable kernel of dialectics. The most notable feature is systematicness and the viewpoint of entirety, relation and general, so that it established holism with characteristic of Chinese medicine. The most basic requirement is to understand the regularity of visceral manifestations, and only by understanding the regularity of the visceral manifestations can we better understand its essential characteristics and its interrelations. The fuzzy understanding on substantive characteristics of theory of visceral manifestations helps to solve the integration of basic theory and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine and explore the effective ways to improve the thinking ability of doctors.
