Theoretical analysis of WU Rong-zu's warming and strengthening Shaoyin in the treatment of chronic heart failure

慢性心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病的终末阶段,中医病因病机复杂,治疗棘手。吴荣祖教授是中医火神派重要学术继承人,采用六经气化理论、少阴经主气及传变规律对慢性心力衰竭的病因病机进行探讨,指出心力衰竭主要责之于心肾阳虚,阳虚阴邪内盛是心力衰竭的主要病机,并形成"温扶少阴,强心温肾"为基础的临证辨治体系。

Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases. The TCM etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is complicated, and the treatment is difficult. Professor WU Rong-zu is an important academic heir in the school of warming yang, using the theory of six channels and functional activity of qi, and the main function and variable regularity of Shaoyin channel to investigate the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of chronic heart failure. The yang deficiency of heart and kidney is the main responsibility of heart failure. Excess of yin due to yang deficiency is the main pathogenesis of heart failure. The syndrome differentiation and treatment system of ‘warming and strengthening Shaoyin, strengthening heart and warming kidney' is formed.
