推拿手法量化及参数研究微探

Research on quantization and parameter of massage manipulation

中医推拿是中医药的重要组成部分,推拿手法的量化及相关参数研究有助于推拿医师更好地规范手法,控制手法的质量水平,有助于促进推拿学科的发展及其在全国乃至世界范围内的广泛推广。文章对近年来推拿相关手法形态特点,手法操作频率、力度、时间等方面的量化及参数研究进行了回顾,并进行了总结分析和展望,以期为推拿手法的量化研究与应用提供参考。

Massage is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. The study of quantization and parameters of massage manipulation can contribute to improve the quality of massage skill. It is helpful to promote the development of massage and the wide spread in the whole country and even in the world. In order to provide reference for the quantitative study and application of massage manipulation, the research on the morphological characteristics, manipulation frequency, intensity, time and other aspects of massage related to techniques in recent years are reviewed and summarized in this paper.
