脾脏论治应遵从阴阳学说,在生理上分清脾阴、脾阳(气),病理上辨明脾阴、脾阳(气)的偏盛偏衰。由于历代医家甚少涉及脾阴理论的研究,使得该理论在整个中医脾脏象研究中不够完备,这不仅影响中医藏象理论的完善,也阻碍了临床对脾胃系疾病辨证和治疗的发展。文章以年代为节点,系统梳理了脾阴学说脉络,浅析其形成和发展过程及各时期理论形成特点。

Spleen differentiation should comply with the theory of yin and yang, distinguishing spleen yin, spleen yang(qi) on physical level, and discerning the predominance and decline of spleen yin, spleen yang(qi) on pathological level. Because physicians of generations seldom involve in the study of spleen yin theory, the theory is not complete in the whole theory of spleen of TCM, which not only affects the perfection of viscera-state theory of TCM, but also hinders the development of spleen-stomach diseases differentiation and treatment in clinical trials. On the base of time nodes, the article sorts out the theory of spleen yin systematically and analyses its formation and development process and the characteristics in each period of time.
