中医证候分层诊断模式及标准初探

Discussion on the hierarchical diagnostic model of TCM syndrome

规范化、标准化是科学研究的基础,是学科成熟的标志。证候是疾病发展过程中某一阶段的本质,是中医临床遣方用药的依据,证候规范化是中医发展的重要命题。文章在参考现有关于证候诊断标准文献资料的基础上,尝试提出更加简洁、适用、便于计算机处理、以证素理念为基础的证候分层诊断模式和证候诊断标准,供临床参考使用,欢迎大家共同探讨。

Standardization was the foundation of scientific research, as well as the mature symbol of the subject. Syndrome was the essence of a certain stage in the process of a disease, and it provided basis for clinical prescription of Chinese medicine. Standardization of syndrome was an important proposition in the development of TCM. This paper referred to the literature on the diagnostic criteria of the syndrome and put forward the hierarchical diagnosis model and syndrome diagnostic standard based on the idea of syndrome element, which was simpler and easier for computer processing than before, and provide the reference for the clinic.
