摘要
精室理论为近30年提出的新理论,通过广大学者的发展、研究已经日趋成熟。笔者通过分析精室理论与慢性前列腺炎病机的相关性,提出其对于慢性前列腺炎治疗的相关指导意义:将CP作为奇恒之腑之病变看待;注意调整经络的功能;注意对生育功能的调护;重视对肾脏功能的调护。
The essence chamber theory, which was proposed about 30 years ago, has been becoming more and more mature by the development and study of the scholars. It was summarized that essence chamber theory plays the guiding part on the treatment for chronic prostatitis by analyzing the relation between essence chamber theory and the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis as follows: regarding chronic prostatitis as the lesion of extraordinary fu-organ; paying attention to adjust the function of meridians and collaterals; taking care to protect function of fertility; paying attention to adjustment of the function of kidney.
