温郁金生品与炮制品微量元素的检测及其健康风险评价 被引量:4

Microelements detection of raw and processed products of Radix Curcumae and its health risk assessment

摘要 目的:建立温郁金微量元素的测定方法,客观评价温郁金中微量元素对长期服用患者的健康影响。方法:用浓硝酸微波消解处理样品,ICP-OES法测定温郁金生品与炮制品中As、Ca、Cd、Cu、Fe、Hg、Mn、Pb 8种微量元素的含量,并对温郁金中微量元素进行健康风险评价。结果:温郁金生品与炮制品中重金属Cu、Cd、As和Pb含量均符合标准,Ca、Fe、Mn元素含量丰富,均不含Hg,危害指数(HI)范围在0.601-1.955。温郁金生品与炮制品中Ca和Cd元素的含量在炮制前后存在显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),其他微量元素含量变化不大。除瑞安沙洲外,其余5个产地的温郁金炮制品均不具有健康风险。而除瑞安固前外,其余5个产地的温郁金生品均具有一定的非致癌健康风险。结论:该测定方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,为温郁金的药材质量控制提供了依据。 Objective: To establish a method for determining the microelements of Radix Curcumae and objectively evaluate the influence of the microelements on the health with long-term administrated the Radix Curcumae. Methods: The samples were treated by concentrated nitric acid microwave digestion. The contents of As, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn and Pb in Radix Curcumae were determined by ICP-OES. Health risk assessment of microelements in Radix Curcumae was investigated. Results: The contents of heavy metal elements including Cu, Cd, As and Pb in the raw and processed products of Radix Curcumae were conformed to the standard. The contents of elements including Ca, Fe and Mn were rich. The HI range was from 0.601 to 1.955. The contents of Ca and Cd in the raw and processed products of Radix Curcumae showed a significant difference(P<0.01, P<0.05). However, the difference was not found in other elements. Except for the Shazhou in Ruian city, the processed product of Radix Curcumae originated form the other five places was evidenced no health risk. Except for the Guqian in Ruian city, the raw product of Radix Curcumae originated form the other five places showed some non-cancerogenic health risk. Conclusion: The determination method had advantages in both accuracy and precision, which provided the basis for the medicinal materials quality control for Radix Curcumae.
