外来药物“中药化”的研究思路与策略

Strategies and approaches on introducing the foreign medicine to TCM

中医药向来以开放的姿态兼收并蓄博采众长,并在不断的创新与实践中使自身的理论体系得以丰富发展。以史为鉴,在新形势下引入外来药物,可以吸纳国外优秀品种和最新研究成果以取其精华为我所用。文章对外来中药进行了概念分析,概括总结了引入外来中药的历史沿革,详细分析了外来药物引入现状,指出赋予外来药物中药药性是其"中药化"的关键。文章以临床中药学科在中药药性领域的实践为依托,明确提出外来药物中药药性研究思路与方法:即在中医药理论指导下,综合应用中药药性现代研究方法,通过"文献研究→理论探讨→药性验证→临床实践"路径研究外来药物的中药性能,为其进入中医临床提供科学依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a tradition of learning and absorbing the foreign medicine,with continual innovation and practice to enrich and develop its own theoretical system.Taking history as a guide,TCM practitioners are electing and introducing the foreign medicine including the effective strains of herbs and the latest research results to study.In this article,definition of the foreign medicine was put forwarded,and its history of introducing into China was summarized,as well as the current situation was analyzed.Then it was stated that the study of producing foreign herbs with TCM property is the key of introducing the foreign medicine into TCM.Based on the practice of the subject of clinical TCM,it was clearly put forward in this article about the research ideas and methods of introducing the foreign medicine.Under the guide of TCM theory,the foreign medicine should be studied synthetically by using modern research methods of Chinese medicine property.These steps should be followed:literature review,theoretical analysis,pharmacological studies and clinical researches,which thus provides scientific basis for the introducing the foreign medicine into TCM clinical application.
