论“玄府”

Discussion on Xuanfu

本文系统回顾了玄府理论的相关文献。玄府概念起源于《黄帝内经》,意为汗孔,金代刘完素将其拓展为"周部全身、至微至细"的结构。清代、现代的部分学者虽对玄府概念有所拓展,但"分布于全身的窍、道结构"的观点被多数人接受。玄府的生物学基础研究也已陆续出现。玄府对气血津液神的运行流通具有关键作用。玄府闭塞或开通太过将引起诸多病变。其治法可分"开玄"与"固玄"。玄府理论在临床诊疗的应用,古代以五官科疾病多见,目前多集中于五官科、内科及皮肤科疾病。

Literature related to the theory of Xuanfu were systematically reviewed in this article.The concept,Xuanfu was originated in Huangdi Neijing,which indicated the pore of a sweat gland.LIU Wan-su extended the concept as 'a very tiny structure,which distributed all over the body' in Jin Dynasty.In Qing Dynasty and modern time,the view that Xuanfu is similar to a channel or a orifice distributed in body was accepted by the majority while its concept was extended by some scholars,and meanwhile,the biological basisresearches of Xuanfu have also been carried out.Xuanfu played key roles in ascending,descending,exiting and entering of qi,blood,body fluid and spirit,thus it would cause a lot of disease if Xuanfu was closed or opened too much.The treatment method for such diseases included the dredging Xuanfu or closing Xuanfu it properly.The theory of Xuanfu was applied in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of five sense in ancient,and recently the diseases were commonly occurred in departments of the five sense,internal and dermatology.
