升解通瘀颗粒对稳定型心绞痛气陷血瘀证患者临床疗效及血脂的影响

Effects of Shengjie Tongyu Granule on clinical efficacy and plasma lipid level of stable angina pectoris patients with syndrome of sinking of qi and blood stasis

目的:观察升解通瘀颗粒对稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对血脂的影响。方法:将108例稳定型心绞痛气陷血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组(56例)和对照组(52例),治疗组给予升解通瘀颗粒治疗,对照组给予通心络胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周。观察心绞痛疗效、心电图、中医证候、血脂及安全性指标。结果:治疗后两组心绞痛积分、中医证候积分均有显著的改善(P<0.01),但组间差异无统计学意义。治疗组心绞痛总有效率(83.92%)优于对照组(73.08%),但差异无统计学意义。治疗组中医证候总有效率(82.14%)优于对照组(59.62%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与治疗前比较升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:升解通瘀颗粒能够有效地改善稳定型心绞痛患者的临床症状,具有与通心络相当的疗效,并在改善中医证候方面,明显优于通心络。同时,升解通瘀颗粒还能升高HDL-C,改善冠心病患者的血脂代谢异常。

Objective:To observe the effects of Shengjie Tongyu Granule on clinical efficacy and plasma lipid level of stable angina pectoris patients.Methods:A total of 108 patients with syndrome of sinking of qi and blood stasis were included and randomly divided into treatment group(56 cases) and control group(52 cases).The treatment group and the control group were separately administrated by the treatment of Shengjie Tongyu Granules and Tongxinluo Capsule,respectively.Treatment efficacy,cardiograph,TCM syndromes,blood lipids and safety indices were determined in the two groups.Results:The scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes were significantly improved by the treatments(P<0.01),but no significant differences were found between groups.Total efficacy rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group(83.92%) was superior to that in the control group(73.08%),even though there was no significant difference between groups.Total efficacy rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(82.14%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(59.62%)(P<0.05).Additionally,the treatment group showed an increased level of HDL-C compared with the baseline and statistical significance was found(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shengjie Tongyu Granules showed an equal effect with Tongxinluo Capsule,which can effectively improve the symptoms of stable angina pectoris,and display superiority over the Tongxinluo Capsule in improving TCM symptoms.It can also increase HDL-C levels and ameliorate the blood lipid metabolism abnormalities in patients with coronary heart disease.Therefore,Shengjie Tongyu Granules could safely and effectively improve the angina pectoris.
