中医药治疗耐多药肺结核的研究近况

Study on multidrug-resistant tuberculosis treated by traditional Chinese medicine

耐多药肺结核(MDR-TB)传染性强、病程长、治疗难度大,对公众健康造成严重危害。结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的常见慢性传染病,可侵及人体的诸多器官,其中以肺结核最为常见,由于长期以来不合理的联合用药、管理不善、不规律用药及人类免疫缺陷病毒HIV感染流行等原因,结核病流行呈上升趋势,尤其是MDR-TB日益增多,给全球带来严重威胁,现就近几年来MDR-TB的中医药治疗研究近况进行综述。

Multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB) is a highly contagious disease with long duration,it is hard to cure,and it is harm to public health seriously.Tuberculosis is a common chronic infectious diseases caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis that can invade human organs,lung tuberculosis is the most common type.Due to irrational use of drugs,ill management,irregular medication for a long time,and epidemic infection of HIV,the epidemic trend of bacillary phthisis is rising,especially multidrug-resistant tuberculosis has increased rapidly,it brings serious threaten to the world.So the paper has reviewed the recent studies of TCM treatment for MDR-TB in recent years.
