近5年来经方的理论和内科杂病的临床应用研究进展

Review on the theory of classical prescriptions and clinical application in miscellaneous diseases in recent five years

文章从经方的理论和内科杂病的临床应用等方面,对近5年以来经方的研究进展进行了综述,经方的发展应用越来越好,虽取得了一些成绩,但仍有定量辨证的不足,导致临床上难于精准运用经方治病。若能紧扣病机,抓住关键病证结合,适应需求,又以经方配伍规律指导临床选用经方,或合理加减组方,相信能加快普及经方的应用。此外,经方的理论、配伍规律和作用机制有待进一步探讨提高。文中所载虽是管中窥豹,未必能够全面反映经方的应用情况,但也可略见一斑。

Research progress of classical prescription in recent five years was reviewed in this article from the perspectives of the theory of classical prescription and clinical application of miscellaneous diseases.It showed that some achievements have been made,but there was still lack of research on quantitative differentiation,making it become more difficult while using classical prescription accurately in clinical treatment.It could accelerate the application of classical prescription if fitting pathogenesis tightly,catching hold of key disease and syndrome,using the compatibility rules to guide clinical selection of classical prescriptions and modifying prescription properly.In addition,the theory of compatibility rules and the mechanism of classical prescription should be further explored and strengthened.Although application of classical prescription was reviewed in this article,hard work still need to be done.
