方剂配伍术语英译规范研究

Study on the standardization of English translation of term of formula compatibility

文章分析了目前国内外三大中医术语英译标准和两大权威工具书中的方剂配伍基本词条的英译。基于中医药学名词英译的基本原则和方法并结合Eugene A.Nida的对等翻译理论,从对应性、简洁性、同一性、术语部件、出现频次、语言结构、英文内涵等几个方面,结合英语语言表达习惯,对方剂配伍基本术语英译规范进行了研究,并给出了推荐英译词,以期促进方剂配伍基本术语英译标准的统一,推动中医药学名词术语英译规范化研究。

This paper analyses the English translation of formula compatibility term in three English translation standards of TCM terminologies and two authoritative reference books at home and abroad.Based on the principles and methods for English translation of TCM term,combined with the equivalent translation theory of Eugene A.Nida and English language expression,the paper studies the standardization of the English translation from correspondence,conciseness,identity,term component,occurrence frequency,language structure and English connotation.Meanwhile,recommended translations are discussed and presented for the purpose of promoting the unification of English translation of formula compatibility term and study on the standardization of TCM terminology.
