中医八法治疗火热证探微

Treatment of fire-heat syndrome by eight methods of TCM

"热为火之渐,火为热之极",对于火热证的治疗绝非清法一途,其"汗、吐、下、和、清、温、补、消"八法尽而有之,从中医八法的角度对火热证治法加以阐述,提纲挈领地理清治疗火热证的思路,以求为临床治疗火热类疾病提供治法与方药的参考。

Hot syndrome is the gradual course of heat syndrome while fire-heat syndrome is the severe course of hot syndrome. Fire-heat syndrome should not be treated by clearing therapy only. In fact, it can be treated by ‘diaphoresis, vomiting, purgation, harmonizing, clearing, warming, reinforcing and dispersion'. This paper discussed the eight methods in the treatment of fire-heat syndrome to organize the ideas in diagnosis and treatment in order to provide references for the clinical treatment of heatfire diseases.
