基于时空观中医疗效的动态评价分析

Dynamic evaluation and analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine based on view of time and space

疗效是中医的灵魂,如何正确评价中医药的临床疗效,是中医药界需要亟待解决的问题。近几十年来,关于中医药疗效评价的科研及文章屡见不鲜,但尚不能完全体现中医学术特点,关键就是没有把中医学的个体性与动态性体现出来。文章从时空观的角度,探讨中医药动态评价的临床意义。文中从时空的基本理论入手,强调中医学对疾病的认识、诊断及治疗体现时空概念。基于不同的时空概念,不同的表现形式,中医疗效动态评价不同。因此要确切的反应出符合中医学术特点的中医疗效,系统规范的对中医疗效进行动态评价,时空观至关重要。

The efficacy is the soul of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), but how to correctly evaluate the clinical effect of TCM is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. In recent decades, the scientific research and articles on the evaluation ofthe efficacy of TCM are common, but these still can't fully reflect the academic characteristics of TCM. The key is not to reflect theindividuality and dynamics of TCM. This article explores the clinical significance of dynamic evaluation of TCM from the perspective of view of time and space. This paper starts from the basic theory of time and space and emphasizes the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of disease to embody the concept of time and space. Based on different concepts of time and space, different forms of expression, the dynamic evaluations of efficacy of TCM are different. Therefore, the view of time and space is essential to accurately reflect the efficacy in line with the characteristics of TCM and dynamically evaluate the efficacy of TCM systematically and normatively.
